How long have you been racing and what got you started?

I started racing in 2008. So on & off for 17 years. My brother Justin got me into it. He started racing and after watching him I knew it’s something I wanted to do as well.

What's your goals for the 2025 season?

I started late this year so my goal is just to finish off the season healthy and in one piece.

What's your biggest achievement with racing so far?

For me it’s not something I won but something I did. Some may think this is silly but for me it’s when I finally hit the natural double at Walton in 2013. At the time in ladies class there weren’t many that did it and I finally worked up the courage to!

What strengths do you believe that you have make you a great athlete?

Determination to not give up. Also have a very competitive side that’s always pushing me to keep going.

What do you do to stay healthy and avoid injuries?

I try to have good eating habits when racing and make sure I stay hydrated. And just choose to be smart on the track to avoid injuries.

Is there a coach, athlete or anyone you look up to as a role model and why?

I’ve always looked up to Jolene (Van Vugt) She’s super talented on and off the bike. She’s always smiling with a positive attitude.

Do you have a pre-gate drop routine and if so what it is?

My only routine is to find my starting blocks and get them set up where needed haha

What advice would you give to someone starting in motocross racing?

Keep trying and don’t give up!

What do you think is the most challenging aspect of motocross racing?

It’s definitely physically challenging!

What's your favorite TVR Track?

Auburn Hills

What's your favorite thing about TVR or a Favorite memory?

My favourite thing about TVR is it’s basically one big family. I’ve met so many amazing people through this club and will forever be thankful for that. I have so many great memories I couldn’t pick just one!

Thanks for letting us get to know you Danielle! Do you have anyone you would like to thank?

My whole family for always being so supportive of my racing. My husband for always being okay with my spontaneous decision to race and my daughter Brooklynn for being my #1 fan!
